Buy New Swimsuit and Go a Pool

Don't be serious if someone is reading your life right now. Haha,,, someone think that I am really open–yes I am, but it would be something just about text,, usually I don't let it from my mouth much.

Saturday I and Bob went to Robinson to buy new swimsuit for me,,, well we were looking for bikini.. LOL I could not wear that since I am too fat for bikini. Also I realized that I might lose some fat ;) so I just bought a short swim suit.

So I got my short look like left image, but black color and have a gold-cream strip on side. I were really looked for another short with zip bag, but can't find one. This one is cheap.. it's just 199 Baht ($4) I also saw another one that more expensive like 800 Baht, but I think it's worth not that much to pay. I better lose my waise first and buy bikini. hehehe :D

Then Sunday I went to Bob's apartment and went upstair to pool and we lied there for a little bit tan for a while then Scott and Kris came,, we were relaxed in jagucci (how to spell?) and pool for a while. Only me and Scott tried steam room,, i think it was good.

Then we went downstair to Bob's room and showered. We had some drinks and Pizza and watched TV.

Finally I got back home about 7.30pm and head to bed. Sound good lazy sunday, uh?

Dinner With LYC Jan 27

Last Friday I went to Mali restaurant for dinner with LYC

I didn't eat much and feel tired and hurt my neck from work,, might be sit the wrong way for too long. The food is good, I didn't drink any alcohol there.

Actually I expected to meet someone there, he is there, but I didn't talk to him much since normally dinner night will be sticky more than drink night.

Also on his table I didn't know anyone so we just speak to each other a little bit. "Well, he said 'what the fuck' to me after all that night that we send message'

After left Mali restaurant, I went to @Richards with Pat and his bf. Not many people in @Richards and I decided to change the way to drink.

I didn't order Heineken as usually, but I ordered cocktail "Cosmo Politian" and "Havey Bullerwall" (correct me if I am wrong)

I also like "Mojeoto" that Pat ordered. It's about vodka and mint and something. I will order next time when I go out.

Waaaah,,, nobody tell me if they work out at CA fitness Silom,, so sad… I would be happy if have someone to work out. I still didn't apply member yet, but very soon.

I thought about work out for sometime in the past. I leave it too long,, my tummy was building so well. Now it's big like I am pragnant. ;)

Well well well,,, I realize I need to do exercise and not do only by myself because I am too lazy and need company when work out. Also it's a good way to make me sleep well. So I was trying to find the nearest place gym and cheapest and also have to open late because I off work late. (So many conditions)

All of them are so expensive,, finally I got the nice deal from California Wow Experience. So I just went to tour the place in evening.

They were tried so hard to make the sell. They brought 3 people to talk to me. Haha. Finally I won, they can't finish their sale, but I leave them beautiful thinking. ;)

Since I got a nice deal and wanted to tour the place that closest to me and the time I will work out. I didn't want to pay it right away there.

So I am now know I will pick Silom CA WOW X and will go at 7.30pm. I need to buy a lock key, shirt, short, sock, water container, protien.. eww a lot.

I still don't know when I will start.. Anyone here work out at Silom at the sametime with me? Tell me and give me some suggestion.. Thanks!

Terrible Sleep

I have a sleep problem for a long time,, sometime I can't sleep,,,, the longest happened to me was 3 nights (Yeah and also had to go to work)

And I still have some problem.. I have been slept not deep,, was like I awoke almost the time. I really try some to sleep, but my mind thinking about something. Sometime I just thought about how to sleep..

I did count the sheep, I did meditation. I couldn't continue those for long and my mind will change to think about something else. I did J/O and it didn't work also.

I thought about do something to make me tired and can sleep deeper. I thought about go to gym and went to ask today, but no luck. I will go to ask somewhere else, but I like the place that closes to my apartment because I leave work late. (7 pm.)

It's also difficult at work because I will fall asleep at work,, not good. I can't drink coffee because there is some awful effect from coffee to me. (can make me die) I tried to drink tea and coke,, not help much.

I wonder any other way can help me sleep deeper,, I don't take sleeping pill. I can take some herb pills, but not now because I don't feel those help me much and it is expensive.

Help me if you have the other idea.
